Moonjii's commitment to child safety
Our policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Zero-tolerance policy
Moonjii has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers or exploits a minor. This applies to all users, all content shared through Moonjii, and all communications sent using our messaging and content-sharing features.
Any account found to be creating, distributing, soliciting or facilitating CSAE will be immediately banned, all associated content removed, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement authorities, in compliance with applicable law.
How we protect users
- Automated content moderation. All images and messages uploaded or sent on Moonjii are automatically screened by our moderation systems to detect and block CSAE material before it can be viewed or distributed.
- Adults-only platform. Moonjii requires all users to be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to register, and our product design, features and content standards reflect an adult-only user base. This is stated identically in our Terms of Service.
- Account enforcement. Accounts that violate our child safety standards are permanently banned, and residency verification helps us prevent banned users from creating new accounts.
- Reporting to authorities. We report confirmed CSAE content and behaviour to NCMEC and/or relevant local law enforcement agencies, and cooperate fully with investigations.
How to report a concern
If you encounter content or behaviour on Moonjii that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using either method below.
- Use the in-app Report button available on any user profile, message or piece of shared content — select "Child safety concern" as the reason. This routes directly to our trust & safety team for priority review.
- If you're unable to report in-app, or need to escalate, email us directly at privacy@moonjii.com with as much detail as possible (username, content in question, and screenshots if available). Do not forward or download suspected CSAM yourself — describe what you saw instead.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement or emergency services first. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, which accepts reports globally, or to the relevant local law enforcement agency.
Our response process
Reports involving child safety are treated as our highest priority. Upon receiving a report, our trust & safety team reviews the content, takes immediate action against violating accounts (including removal of content and account termination), and refers confirmed CSAE to NCMEC and/or relevant local law enforcement agencies as legally required. We aim to review child-safety reports as quickly as possible, ahead of standard support requests.
